The purpose of Heart of Texas Crime Stoppers, Inc. is to reward members of the local area for confidential information regarding unsolved crimes in Brown, Coleman and Mills County, Texas.  Crime Stoppers, Inc. receives funding for these rewards through donations   from the community and probation fees through various agencies. Rewards are determined by established guidelines
